Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must have original tags attached and be in original packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund
- Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
How to Return
Contact Us
Email hello@eql-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging (or equivalent). Ensure tags are attached and the item is unworn.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid label we provide via email, or ship to our warehouse address. Return shipping is free for defective items.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Size & Colour Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. Shipping for exchanges is completely free.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement with free two-way shipping.
